About the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Galveston County
We are a small fellowship of about 60 people, and we need YOU. We offer friendship, inspiring services, community involvement, and fabulous monthly potlucks! Come, come, whoever you are--we welcome new energy, talents, and perspectives.
Please visit or reach out "If You Might be a UU!"
YOU MAY BE A UU AND NOT KNOW IT IF:
-
You believe there is no conflict between religion and science
-
You believe all of the world's religions can be a source of wisdom
-
You believe religion should be a search for truth and meaning in life
-
You believe we are part of the independent web of nature, not the master of it
-
You yearn to be a part of a community of seekers after truth
-
You believe working for social justice is a spiritual act
Our Mission Statement
We believe that an enduring liberal religious presence can be achieved through creative worship, religious education, intellectual stimulation, supportive fellowship, and community service.
